In order to help Ken Cranes save money on non-productive advertising efforts, we established a call-tracking program wherein different ads both online, in print and radio were tracked on different phone numbers. This allowed us to identify not only who called but also where they lived and how they responded to particular offers. It also established a pattern of customer service since the calls could be reviewed including a recording of the call. This resulted in our suggesting that the sales team and managers be trained in call handling.
